Good to know
Tone Ninja is in active development. Feature scope and compatibility will be refined as testing continues.
Tone Ninja is not yet available on the App Store. If you’d like to ask about testing it, get in touch and choose “Tone Ninja beta interest.”
iOS is the first release target, with layouts designed for iPhone and iPad. Additional platform availability has not been announced.
Compatibility depends on your amp model, generation, firmware, and connection. Supported hardware workflows use a compatible BLE MIDI bridge; direct USB MIDI support depends on the device and amp. Specific compatibility will be documented as testing progresses.
Compatible BOSS Tone Studio .tsl import and export are part of the workflow. A patch’s effects and settings need to be supported by the target amp; different Katana generations are not interchangeable.
No. Tone Ninja is an independent product developed by ESG Ventures LLC. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roland Corporation, BOSS, BOSS Tone Exchange, or Guitar-Tones.com.
